- Authorized Service Centers: Warranty claims can be serviced directly at authorized brand service centers across Nepal or processed through our store in Dhangadhimai-10, Siraha.
2. Certified Pre-Owned Phones
- 30-Day Testing & Replacement Warranty: If a certified pre-owned phone develops any hardware defect within 30 days of purchase, we will repair or replace the device promptly.
